This Feline Adoption Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Twenty Tails Rescue, a California nonprofit corporation and the adopter named below (“Adopter”) for the purpose of adopting the referenced cat(s). By submitting this form, the Adopter agrees to all of the below terms and conditions.

House cats: $200/cat
Barn cats: $125/cat
